Cades Cove or Lady Antebellum

You can't do it all . . . .

Several of you who know of our wandering have recommended Cades Cove. But Lady Antebellum is at the Grand Ole Opry Friday night. Probably can't do both, and we are about treed and vistaed out. What to do? What to do?

What is ALS

Not many people know much about Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease. Once you learn to spell it and begin looking for information you can find out all you want to know. Some of the best information comes in a series of manuals produced by the ALS Association.

The manuals can be found here. I second the ALS's recommendation. Whether a PALS (Person with ALS), a caregiver, family or friend, only read the manual that is relevant at the time and for the circumstances being experienced. Otherwise you may be overwhelmed.
